1. Request deletion of your data
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion" and tell us:
- the platform involved (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube or email);
- the public name or address you used when interacting with BRUK.
We will confirm receipt, find what we hold about you and delete it from our systems within 15 days. We will keep only what the law requires us to keep, and tell you why. Backups are replaced automatically within 30 days.
2. Comments on our posts
Comments and reactions you left on BRUK's profiles are stored by the platform itself. You can delete them directly on the platform at any time. If you prefer, we can remove them from our posts at your request, through the same email.
3. Remove BRUK Marketing's access to an account
Only BRUK's official accounts are connected to the tool. If you manage one of those accounts and want to cut access, revoke the authorization on the platform itself:
- Facebook: Settings → Business Integrations
- Instagram: Apps and websites
- LinkedIn: Permitted services
- Google and YouTube: Google Account permissions
After revocation, the tool can no longer access the account and the authorizations stored on our server are removed; backups are replaced within 30 days.
